Important dates

10.10.2023	Deadline for registration of participation in the conference
15.10.2023	Deadline for submission of: papers in selected format or 3-5 page extended abstracts with references, if participating in the CID Group.
18.10.2023	The deadline for confirming the acceptance of the abstract for the CID Seminar
10.11.2023	The deadline for submitting presentations to be delivered at the conference
22-23.11.2023	The date of the conference

Publications

Participants of the Conference presenting the results of their research when submitting an article, indicate the journal to which they will apply (provided that the materials are prepared in accordance with the requirements of the journal). After the initial verification by the Program Council, the materials will be sent to the indicated journals. Further steps will be carried out between the journal and the author.

Note! Priority in submitting publications for processing in journals is given to people presenting research results at the conference.

Publication of materials will be possible after passing the journal’s procedure with positive reviews.

The organizers do not guarantee publication in CEMJ and OC journals. The Organizing Committee will recommend the four most promising papers to the editors of CEMJ (two papers) and OC (two papers). Selected authors will be given the opportunity to develop full-text papers and submit them to the review process at CEMJ and OC. Decisions on the qualification of articles to particular journals will be made by the editorial boards in cooperation with the Conference Program Council.
