Information clause

In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), we inform you that:

  3. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the agreement concluded between the conference organizer and the conference participant – Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
  4. The data will be processed for the purpose of organizing and settling MDQ Conference.
  5. In accordance with the applicable law, personal data may be transferred to data processors (Article 28(1) of the GDPR) – hotels and institutions and companies whose services conference participants will use, as well as authorized bodies based on legal provisions.
  6. The data will be stored for the period necessary for the proper organization and settlement of the conference – 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the conference was organized.
  7. You have the right to access the content of your data, the right to rectify it, the right to data portability, the right to delete personal data, and the right to restrict processing.
  8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).
  9. Providing your personal data is necessary for the performance of the agreement, which is participation in the Marketing.Development.Quality conference. The consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to participate in the aforementioned conference.
  10. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
